If your encountering problems with our YouTube syndication feature, the best solution is to re-configure all the connected accounts you may have. 

You can do this by clicking on your account pull-down menu in the top right-hand portion on the platform. 

Once you have the pull-down menu showing click on account. Now  scroll over to the syndication tab in the middle of the page. 

With the syndication tab loaded you will want to click "configure." 

In your configure setting now delete the connected account and then create a new connection. 

By performing this  reset of all your connected syndication accounts it should clear up any issues you may be having. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact our customer support team.
